ADMISSION

Admission to any of the Basic Education courses specifically the Regular High School program of the University shall be selective and shall be correlative with the retention policy of the University.

As a rule, no applicant may be admitted to and registered in the University unless he/she have satisfied all the prescribed requirements/credentials and qualifying factors laid down by the University Academic council

Admission Requirements

  A. For the Elementary Department

1. Photocopy of birth certificate (NSO authenticated)
2. Report card duly signed by the Principal
3. Certificate of Pre-school attendance for Grade –1 applicant and should be at the age of 6 on or before 31st of July.
4. Certificate of good moral character or recommendation letter from the Principal/Adviser of guidance counselor.
5. Four (4) pieces 1x1 ID picture.

  
 B. For the Regular High School and Science-Based Curriculum

1. Photocopy of   (NSO authenticated)
2. Report card duly signed by the Principal
3. Certificate of good moral character or recommendation letter from the Principal/Adviser or Guidance Counselor.
4. Four (4) pieces 1x1 ID picture.

Additional Requirements (Regular High School only)

   *For Valedictorians and Salutatorians

1. Certificate issued by the Elementary School Principal indicating the honor or academic award received and the number of graduates of their batch.
   

   *For Transferees

1. A General Weighted Percentage Average (GWPA) of 80%.
2. Must have no failing marks.
3. Passed the EHSD entrance exam.
